Liven Apps, Warsaw

A senior team for your most complex software tasks

Web platforms, backend and integrations, payments, AI search and cloud infrastructure. We join at any stage: start from scratch, take over existing code, get you to release and keep it running after.

Why us

Before AI

Years of building complex systems: payments, integrations, backend and cloud infrastructure.

With AI

Routine work moves faster, leaving more time for architecture, testing and quality.

Decisions and responsibility for the code stay with senior engineers.

01

Complex domains

Our engineers have worked on MedTech and food-tech products, where reliability and careful data handling matter more than speed of demo.

02

A product we built ourselves

Livenout is an events platform we designed and have been building since mid-2025: Next.js, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Stripe, vector search, cloud deployment.

03

Senior people, no layers

You talk directly to the engineers doing the work. Frontend, backend, DevOps, QA and analysis in one team.

A product built from scratch

Livenout is an events platform we designed and built end to end: aggregator, search, payments and cloud deployment.

05

How we work

  1. 01

    Call

30 minutes to understand the problem, the users and what has to be true for the product to work.

  2. 02

    Written estimate

Scope, what is deliberately left out, timeline and price, in writing, before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Short iterations

Working builds on a preview URL, so you see the product grow instead of waiting for a big reveal.

  4. 04

    Handover

Code in your repository, deployment on your accounts, short documentation. No lock-in.

06

Pricing

We do not publish a rate card: the scope of complex work varies too much. After the call you get a written estimate. For a defined scope it is a fixed price; for ongoing work it is hourly or monthly. If the budget is limited, tell us upfront and we will cut the scope, not the quality.

Questions you probably have

Who is on the team?

A senior team: two frontend engineers, two backend engineers, DevOps, QA and a business analyst. We staff each project with the people it needs and list them in the estimate. We can start from zero, take over what you have and help you get to release.

What kind of tasks do you take?

Complex ones: platforms with several user roles, third-party integrations, payments with non-trivial logic (pre-authorisation, saved cards, recurring charges), search over large data sets and reliable cloud infrastructure. If a task is not for us, we say so on the first call.

Can you take over existing code?

Often yes, after a short review of the repository. We will tell you honestly if a rewrite would be cheaper than a rescue.

Which stack do you use?

Our base is Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, Java with Spring Boot, Python and Node.js (NestJS) on the backend, PostgreSQL, Stripe, DigitalOcean and Vercel. We are not tied to it, though: we work in whatever stack your product runs on.

Have a complex task?

Tell us what the product is, who it is for and when you need it. A senior engineer answers.
