Who is responsible

The controller of personal data on this website is JDG Liven Apps, Warsaw, Poland. Contact: livenapps@gmail.com.

What data we collect and why

When you send the contact form we process:

• name, email, the message, and optional fields (service, budget, timeline, project link): to reply to your inquiry (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries);
• a technical key derived from your network address and email, stored only as an irreversible hash: to limit form abuse and spam (legitimate interest in protecting the site). Your raw IP address is not stored in the inquiry database.

Analytics and cookies

The website itself needs no cookies to work. Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) are loaded only if you accept them in the banner. You can decline and the site works the same. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by clearing the site data in your browser.

Who receives the data

We use these processors to run the site:

• Supabase (database storing inquiries, region: EU);
• Vercel (hosting);
• Resend (email notifications about new inquiries);
• Google and Microsoft (analytics, only after your consent).

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and the follow-up conversation, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy. Write to livenapps@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
